Klövern has acquired a logistics unit in Haninge for approximately SEK 215 million. The acquisition has a high occupancy rate and long lease terms.
The acquisition, which consists of three properties located in Jordbro Business Park in the municipality of Haninge, is wholly let to Systembolaget and Lagena distribution. The occupancy rate is 99 per cent and the average lease term amounts to approximately nine years. The total area amounts to around 28,000 sq.m., of which approximately 25,000 sq.m. is warehouse space. The properties will be taken possession of on 1 July.
“This acquisition complements our property portfolio in Stockholm well and is a good addition to Klövern’s cash flow”, says Klövern’s CEO Rutger Arnhult.
