Klövern AB (publ): Klövern signs rental contract with Samsung in Kista

Klöven has signed a 7-year rental contract with Samsung regarding approximately 4,750 sq.m. of office space in the property Kista Gate (Helgafjäll 4+7) in Kista. Moving-in is expected to be in August 2019.

In Kista Gate, during 2017 and 2018, rental contracts have also been signed with among others Baxter Medical, Climeon, Celgene and Novartis. Out of the property’s total area of approximately 41,600 sq.m. there now remains around 23,000 sq.m. of office space to be let.

It is gratifying that Klövern’s development of Kista Gate into a top-modern multi-tenant property is attracting an enriching mix of companies. We hope to sign a few more rental contracts in Kista Gate during 2018”, says Rutger Arnhult, CEO of Klövern.

Letting is showing a positive development also in several of Klövern’s other properties in Kista, among others in Time Building (Borgarfjord 4) which has been upgraded to a top-modern office property. Finally, when it comes to large projects for a single tenant Choice Hotels will during the fourth quarter of 2018, as planned, open a new hotel encompassing around 7,000 sq.m. in the property Knarrarnäs 4. In that property Klövern will also open a business center under its own brand First Office, which will increase the chain’s total number of business centers to 63.
