Klövern continues its streamlining

In four separate transactions Klövern has divested the properties Hotellet 18 in Nyköping, Drotten 2 in Köping, Tvätten 3 and Sälgen 6 in Karlstad and the site leasehold to Kortedala 36:23 in Gothenburg.

Transfer of possession of Drotten 2 was on 1 April and Hotellet 18 on 1 June, whereas transfer of possession of Tvätten 3 and Sälgen 6 will be on 31 August and Kortedala 36:23 on 30 September. The total purchase price amounted to around SEK 100 million.

Through these transactions Klövern continues to streamline its portfolio and leaves Köping.

Klövern has also acquired the property Mellby 3:198 in Partille for around SEK 37 million. The property has a lettable area of 2,576 sq.m. and is fully let. Transfer of possession was on 31 May.
