Klövern AB (publ) : Issues a three-year bond loan of SEK 500 million

Klövern AB (publ) issues a three-year unsecured bond loan on the Swedish market. The bond loan has a variable interest of three-month STIBOR plus 4.00 per cent with final maturity in 2015.

The issue settlement will be used for general corporate purposes including acquisitions. Klövern will apply for the bond to be listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.


“Interest in other forms of financing has increased as liquidity in the banking system has diminished”, says Rutger Arnhult, CEO Klövern. “We are very satisfied with the interest in Klövern’s bond and can definitely think of using this possibility again.”

Swedbank Corporate Finance has acted as financial advisor to Klövern in connection with the bond issue.
