Klövern has sold 4 properties in Lund and 11 properties in Ystad, and at the same time acquires a site leasehold in Kista.
In a swap deal with Genova, Klövern divests 3 properties in Lund for an underlying property value of SEK 129 million, and at the same time acquires the site leasehold to the property Stockholm Borg 4 in Kista for an underlying property value of SEK 41 million. The properties Rivan 1, Nordanvinden 3 and Gustavshem 6 in Lund have a lettable area of around 8,700 sq.m. and are fully let. Stockholm Borg 4, which has a lettable area of around 1 900 sq.m., borders in all directions to site leaseholds owned by Klövern. The property is fully let and has a rental value amounting to SEK 3 million. Transfer of possession will be on 1 June.
In Ystad, Klövern has divested all its 11 properties. The properties constitute a project for future residential construction. The buyer is Riksbyggen which also acquires the property Gustavshem 2 in Lund. The total underlying property value for the properties amounts to SEK 80 million. Transfer of possession will be on 4 May.
