Klövern acquires four properties in Gothenburg. The underlying property value amounts to SEK 230 million. The properties Nordstan 18:3 and Nordstan 18:4, which constitute one building, are situated in central Gothenburg and consist of office and retail space with a lettable area of 2,266 sq.m. The properties Kobbegården 6:141 and Kobbegården 6:168 are situated in Sisjön, south of central Gothenburg, and have a total lettable area of 13,622 sq.m, primarily offices.
The total rental value amounts to SEK 21 million and the economic occupancy rate amounts to around 70 per cent.
Transfer of possession was on 2 March 2017.
