Todays Extraordinary General Meeting of Adcore resolved to approve the proposal of the Board of Directors concerning changes in the Articles of association meaning that the registered share capital shall constitute at its lowest 15 000 000 SEK and at the most 60 000 000 SEK. The decision was unanimous.
