Corem Kelly AB’s (publ) separate issuer rating with Scope terminated

The issuer rating from Scope for Corem Kelly AB (publ) (formerly Klövern AB (publ)) (“Corem Kelly”) has been terminated today. The parent company Corem Property Group AB (publ) ("Corem"), which includes Corem Kelly, continues to have an issuer rating with Scope.
At the same time, Corem Kelly notes that Corem today has received an updated issuer rating from Scope Ratings GmbH ("Scope"). The update confirms the issuer rating BBB-/negative outlook.
