Corem Kelly AB (publ) redeems outstanding bonds of SEK 850 million at maturity

Corem Kelly AB (publ) (formerly Klövern AB (publ)) (“Corem Kelly”) today redeems, upon maturity, outstanding bonds under Corem Kelly's bond loan with ISIN SE0013104452 (unsecured MTN 203 2021/2023) (the “Bond Loan”), whose total remaining amount amounts to SEK 850 million, of which Corem Kelly has previously repurchased bonds to an amount of SEK 111 million.
Corem Kelly will not refinance the Bond Loan.
