Corem Kelly AB (publ) has redeemed the remaining bonds, and separate reports will no longer be published

Corem Kelly AB (publ) (“Corem Kelly”) announced in a press release dated 24 July 2025 that it would exercise its right to voluntarily redeem all outstanding subordinated perpetual and callable hybrid bonds. In September, Corem Kelly redeemed all hybrid bonds with ISIN code SE0011337898, amounting to SEK 1,132,500,000. In addition, the remaining outstanding bond of SEK 200 million with ISIN code SE0013360104 was redeemed during September.
Corem Kelly AB is a subsidiary of Corem Property Group AB and is therefore included in Corem Property Group’s reporting. Corem Kelly has previously published semi-annual reports, year-end reports, and annual reports for the Corem Kelly Group in order to comply with the terms of Corem Kelly’s bond and loan agreements. Separate reports for the Corem Kelly Group will no longer be published. We refer to Corem Property Group AB’s interim reports.
