Changes in the executive management of Klövern


On 2 July two new members will take up their posts in Klövern’s
executive management team and one of its members will assume
additional areas of responsibility. Klövern appoints a new finance
manager, a new unit manager in Kista and a head of analysis and

On 2 July Britt-Marie Einar will assume the post of finance manager
in Klövern. Since 2004 Britt-Marie Einar, who is 41, has held the
post of Corporate Communications Officer and Personnel Director. Her
areas of responsibility will include finance as well as information
and, as previously, she will be a member of Klövern’s executive
management team.

Mattias Rickardsson will take on the post of head of transactions and
analysis on the same date. Mattias, who is 33, has been employed as
real estate controller since 2003. His areas of responsibility will
include acquisitions and divestments as well as property and rental
administration. Mattias will become a member of Klövern’s executive
management team.
Per-Gunnar Sabel has been appointed to the post of unit manager in
Kista from 2 July 2007. Among his previous positions he was head of
project development for AP Fastigheter for seven years. Per-Gunnar
will become a member of Klövern’s executive management team.

The previous manager of the Kista unit, Tomas Hermansson, is leaving
his position at the end of July to become CEO of Bonnier
Cityfastigheter. Anders Lundquist, Chief Financial Officer and vice
president, will be leaving his post during the autumn to take up the
position of CFO at Niam. The recruitment of his successor is under
