Adcore divests German operations

The German branch currently employs 100 people and will operate under the name DBC Digital Business Creators GmbH from its locations in Düsseldorf/ Neuss and Hannover.
This transaction marks a further step towards Adcore fulfilling the Board’s previous decision to concentrate the group’s operations on Sweden.
In an accounting context, Adcore will deconsolidate the divested operations as of 31 July 2001.
Further financial information regarding the current restructuring of Adcore’s non-Swedish operations will be published on 24 August coincident with the publication of Adcore’s Six-month Interim Report.
