Klövern has signed a contract to sell a property in Huddinge for approximately SEK 75 million. Transfer of possession will be on 3 September 2013.
The property Brandstegen 9, comprising around 3,300 sq.m. is now being used for industrial and warehousing operations. The purchaser Ikano Bostad intends to convert the property into housing.
