Klövern is concentrating its property holdings
The properties sold comprise of a total of 16,700 sq.m. of which the majority are retail and restaurant and hotel premises. Two the properties are located in Linköping and one each in Motala and Åby. The properties were transferred at the turn of the month May/June.
The property in Kalmar, which is being taken possession of today, comprises of 9,600 sq.m. offices. The property is centrally located and almost totally vacant. Seller is Fabege.
“As a result of these sales, we are further concentrating our portfolio on commercial premises in prioritised markets. The acquisition in Kalmar means that we are growing in a market that we consider attractive”, says Klövern’s CEO Gustaf Hermelin.
